Core ProgramThe Core Program provides age-appropriate and sequential instruction in acting, musical theatre, and playwriting in an after-school and weekend class format. Core Program students perform in a season of productions including student-created, commissioned, and published theatrical works. The Scholarship Fund, integral to City Lights' mission, provides that at least 50% of Core Program students receive need-based financial aid; no child is turned away because of inability to pay.
