SUMMER PRODUCTION!
THE ORIGINS PROJECT (ages 12-17)
2009 SUMMER PRODUCTION (July 6 – August 8)
City Lights Youth Theatre is looking for motivated students to create
and perform an original musical theatre piece based on the experiences
of immigrants who came to America through Ellis Island. Over a five
week period, you and your fellow cast members work with a professional
playwright, composer and director who will guide you through the
process of researching, writing, rehearsing, and singing, dancing and
acting in an original musical set and performed on Ellis Island. Prior
performance experience is not required.

Tuition: $1200 + $25 application fee

Selection Process: Applicants are accepted after receipt of written application and interview with the artistic director.
