What is happening with City Lights!

Dear City Lights Friends and Family,

City Lights Youth Theatre is finishing up another fall semester with our "sharings," small performances for family, friends and invited guests. If you are interested in a particular class for the spring and would like to attend a sharing, please call Shaena at 212-262-0200 to RSVP.

We are also gearing up for the spring semester. One of the highlights for the spring is a new songwriting class, which is the first step in the development of City Lights' 2010 original, student-written Mainstage Musical.

In an effort to better impact the environment, City Lights is reducing its print consumption. The usual mailing brochure is now available here for viewing. You will also be able to fully register online on MONDAY Debember 15th.

.Stay tuned for more details!

Core Program

The Core Program provides age-appropriate classes in acting, musical theatre and playwriting in an after-school and weekend workshop format.  Students perform in a season of productions produced in a variety of venues, including our on-site Studio Theatre.  City Lights guarantees that at least 50% of our students receive need-based financial aid through City Lights Scholarship Fund.
