Maintaining good health and wellness is essential for leading a happy and fulfilling life. Anyone who knows me, knows I’m always looking for the newest treatments for the mind, body, soul, and especially the face. I found some great treatments to share with you that will boost your energy and detox you, a new face-tightening med-spa treatment, and a Nepalese-inspired massage to relax you and work on your body’s natural vibrations.

Burke Williams Spa is a luxury Day Spa with multiple locations throughout California. They have been relaxing and rejuvenating people for close to 4 decades. Their spas offer a variety of services including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.

The newest addition to their menu of massages is the Tranquility Massage. It’s a combination of a deep Swedish massage with Nepalese singing bowls. This massage was meant to immerse you in a deeply calming experience. This was my first time combining sound bathe and massage, and it was a very enjoyable feeling. The singing bowls produce sounds and vibrations that entrain the frequencies of the body’s natural vibration when hit or circled with a mallet. Along with the movement of the massage and your eyes being covered, it creates a dream-like state.

This massage isn’t for everyone but it is a way to elevate your senses. So, be open-minded and try something new.

EMface is the newest needle-free, painless, non-invasive, non-surgical mini facelift. It is from the same company that created the EMsculpt Neo for abdominal tightening. EMface uses a combination of (RF) radio frequency and (HIFES) high-intensity electromagnetic stimulation to tighten and lift the face with no downtime. The recommended treatments are once a week for 4 to 6 weeks for best results.

As we age our facial muscles begin to deteriorate and lose their volume, strength, and elasticity. Since RF treatments are all the rage for skin tightening and promote collagen growth, I of course had to try it out for myself. Since it’s a newer treatment, there are only a few hand-picked med spas or doctors that offer the EMface. I went to Emana Medical in Beverly Hills for my treatment. The med spa is located in one of the medical buildings off N. Bedford Drive in the heart of Beverly Hills. It has lots of privacy if you are one of those people that tells everyone that you are just rested and got a new haircut instead of a little help from the medical community.

Emana Medical is owned by Dr. Eman Abdallah. Dr. Abdallah is a very sweet and soft-spoken person that has a very calming personality. It’s great if you are someone that gets nervous before treatments or procedures. Dr. Abdallah and her amazing team are very informative when explaining the treatment and what to expect.

Every EMface treatment is only 20 minutes long for the whole face. They attach electrode pads to the forehead and around the mouth (nasolabial folds) and slowly turn on the machine and increase intensity. You being to feel the heat and the muscles being to contract and release.

Even after my first treatment, I saw a slight difference in the elasticity of my skin. This is a great option for a quick refresh with no downtime. Everyone will have different results so, consult with Dr. Abdallah to see if this is a great option for you. Emana Medical offers many different procedures and treatments that will be right for you.

Remedy Place has partnered up with world-renowned Dr. Howard Murad and created the Remedy Place x Murad total skin health experience. The Murad wellness products will cover Dr. Murad’s 4 pillars of wellness; nourish your skin, eat your water, awaken your body, and be kind to your mind.

Remedy Place has a very chic and beautiful vibe to it. It definitely has more of a private club feel than a more sterile medical feel. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the general manager Mark Schenauer and his very energetic and friendly team that whisked me right away to my private treatment room to begin my treatments. When I got into my treatment room I meet with Dr. Tyler Farrish that explained to me all the different treatments and what to expect. Dr. Farrish, Mr. Schenauer and the Remedy Place are very knowledgeable and their want focus is for the member to have an incredible experience.

My first treatment was Lymphatic Compression Therapy, I have heard great things about this treatment and was looking forward to trying it out. The lymphatic system is a network of vessels, tissues, and organs that work together to maintain the body’s fluid balance, remove waste and toxins and help defend against infections and diseases.

The lymphatic system also plays a crucial role in the body’s immune response by producing and storing white blood cells called lymphocytes, which help to identify and destroy pathogens that enter the body.

Overall, the lymphatic system is an essential part of the body’s immune defense and helps to maintain its overall health and well-being. The issue is that sometimes lymphatic fluid that is supposed to remove the toxins from the body can become stagnant and bogged down. During traditional lymphatic drainage massage, a trained therapist will use gentle, rhythmic strokes and light pressure to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid through the lymphatic vessels and into the lymph nodes. This can help to reduce swelling, inflammation, and congestion in the body, and promote healing and relaxation. Remedy Place has an FDA-approved medical device suit that uses 24 air pods to systematically inflate and squeeze the lymph fluid to flush out all those toxins, dead cells, and waste products out of your system. There is no pain and does exactly what it is supposed to do because as soon as you are finished you have to go to the restroom to expel so much liquid that it will shock you.

My next treatment was The Remedy IV, which is a combination of vitamins and nutrients such as the mix of B vitamins, MIC, L-Carnitine, vitamin C, and glutathione. This powerful IV drip is an effective concoction to combat a wide range of ailments such as fatigue, helps detoxify, reduces inflammation, and boosts your immune system to help you stay healthy and not get sick. Also, IVs are great to help recover from a night of partying and a nasty hangover and hydrate you so you feel like yourself again.

My last and third treatment was jumping into a 3 min Cryotherapy session. I have been a big fan of Cryotherapy for years. It feels like you had 5 cups of coffee but without the caffeine jitters. After all my treatments I felt that I could fly, my energy levels were through the roof and I can’t wait to go back.

Overall, Remedy Place Social Club provides a luxurious and supportive environment for those seeking to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being in Los Angeles.

Book your amazing treatments you won’t be disappointed!
