Best Beauty Moments at the Fashion Awards 2025: Lisa Rinna and More

It’s the battle of beauty aesthetics at the 2025 Fashion Awards presented by Pandora in London, where wicked eyes and Hollywood hair are duking it out on the navy blue carpet.

If not for Grammy-nominated artist Raye and storied supermodel Iman, grunge makeup may have stolen the spotlight outside the Royal Albert Hall on Monday night. Yet, their wide-barrel curls and hard-to-miss side parts cut through the Gothic noise with a refined and elegant tune reminiscent of 1950s trends. Gwendoline Christie also diversified the beauty scene with her frizzy mop of hair, like one of Marc Jacobs’ runway dolls.

Ahead, WWD breaks down all the best beauty moments from the Fashion Awards, from Raye to Christie and the ornate in between.

Raye graced the navy blue carpet in London on Monday with a ’50s-inspired hairdo blocking the left side of her face. The 28-year-old singer often pulls beauty inspiration from this era, styling structured curls around her soft glam. Here, her light brown bob was flipped inward around her jaw; her front bangs spiraling over her left eye next to her nose. The look was courtesy of Alex Price, Raye’s longtime hairdresser and groomer. This hairstyle was muted compared to the immovable pinwheel curls Price has created for Raye in the past.

Something wicked this way comes.

Such was the energy brought by Gabbriette Bechtel with thick rings of black liner circling her eyes under her barely there, skinny brows. Bechtel, who’s known for casting a grunge shadow on almost every red carpet, evoked a modern-day Bellatrix Lestrange; her black hair teased and braided around her shoulders. Meanwhile, her lips were contoured and lined in an earthy brown, one that glistened in the camera flash.

WWD has reached out to Bechtel’s team to confirm the artists she worked with on this look.

Gwendoline Christie

Gwendoline Christie arrived with a tumbleweed of blond frizz on her head. The 47-year-old actress donned the exaggerated hairstyle that’s become a fixture on the Marc Jacobs runway over the last few seasons — a look only Christie and Alex Consani could carry. Yet stylist Lachlan Mackie explained that the hair swell, which sat atop her head, was actually a nod to Comme des Garçons.

Lisa Rinna

Lisa Rinna evoked Effie Trinket from the coveted “Hunger Games” series at the Fashion Awards on Monday. Here, her hair, styled by Sam Elliot, was platinum blond and brushed back over a BumpIt. Rinna’s eyebrows touted the same statement-making coloring, contrasted by the jet-black mascara dressing her lashes. Her made-to-look natural makeup was courtesy of artist Emma Miles, whose client list also includes Mikey Madison and Alex Consani.

FKA twigs

FKA twigs brings a renewed Renaissance feel to the Fashion Awards 2025.

FKA twigs, born Tahliah Debrett Barnett, brought a renewed medieval renaissance feel with an intricate hairdo, comprised of thick braids and thin, lengthy ends. Tiny braids wrapped around the top of her head like a maze that led to the bigger braids that formed a crown in the back of her head. Meanwhile, wispy, chocolate brown extensions reached past her chest.

The style was most imagined and created by Louis Souvestre, the artist’s longtime collaborator. WWD has contacted Souvestre for a comment.

Amelia Dimoldenberg

Amelia Dimoldenberg put her own spin on the “cold girl makeup” trend with icy eye shadow, formed by a melting pot of baby blue, silver and white hues. Long, spider-y lashes curled over the colors on her lids, which washed over her inner corners and under her waterline. Her lips were lined in a brown shade and filled with a rose taupe layered in clear gloss. She wore barely any blush, only a light layer on the high points of her cheeks.

Dimoldenberg has yet to credit the artists behind her look.

Iman

Iman wrapped her glossy hair behind her right ear, the ends forming large waves around her neck. Her dark roots were cast over the left side of her head, embellishing the rim of charcoal shimmer around her eyes.

It’s likely Iman tapped makeup artist Sheika Daley and hair architect Hoshounkpatin to create her Old Hollywood-esque beauty aesthetic for the awards ceremony, both of which she worked with for a recent outing with Pandora. WWD has reached out to both to confirm.

Stella Maxwell

Stella Maxwell attends the Fashion Awards 2025 with an early 2000s makeup aesthetic.

Stella Maxwell’s inner grunge came to fruition on the Fashion Awards carpet on Monday, where she posed with a moody smoky eye reminiscent of early 2000s trends. Her lips were dulled by a stone-hued liner and matte lipstick, her face free of bronzer and blush. Maxwell’s hair was effortlessly styled with natural waves that blew around her.

While Maxwell often collaborates with makeup visionary Leah Darcy Pike and hair expert Rena Calhoun, it’s not certain whether either artist worked on this look. WWD has contacted her stylist Marc Eram for confirmation.
