Edikted opens first Long Island store at Roosevelt Field

Edikted isn’t just selling clothes — it’s delivering a statement. Designed with Gen Z’s fearless style in mind, the boutique aims to curate pieces that are as bold and expressive as the shoppers themselves.

“We strive to inspire uniqueness and diversity for all trend-obsessed individuals,” reads the mission on the store website. “We believe all women should feel fierce, confident, and powerful no matter the occasion.”

Open since July 12 at Roosevelt Field mall in Uniondale, the store marks the retailer’s first Long Island location. A store hallmark is that dynamic styles reflect the latest Y2K and streetwear trends as seen on social platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

The store’s “affordable, trend-driven fashion” draws inspiration from “streetwear, modern muses, and runway looks,” Roosevelt Field marketing director Kathy Smith told Newsday in a statement.

“Edikted’s unique blend of pop culture, technology, and cutting-edge style perfectly complements our commitment to offering the latest trends and most sought-after brands,” Smith added.

The racks are a color-splashed mix of fashion — from cropped graphic tees, halter tops and faux leather jackets to statement dresses, and comfy flared leggings. Shelves brim with eye-catching accessories: sunglasses, hair clips, belts, chains, and everything in between.

Among the store’s key bestsellers are jeans, mini skirts, and slouchy sweatshirts. A few products that highlight Edikted’s offerings include corset tops, low-rise cargo pants that nod to early 2000s fashion, and cutout dresses for various occasions. Prices run from around $20 and up, depending on the item.

The store design is as eye-catching as the clothes, featuring a sleek, minimalist layout with bright heart-shaped lighting, buzzy signage, and displays organized by style for easy, visually engaging browsing. The vibe aligns with Edikted’s bold, trend-driven aesthetic and strong appeal to youthful trendsetters.

Edikted continues to grow as a go-to brand for modern youth fashion. The new Long Island store joins a Manhattan outpost in Soho.

The store has quickly made an impression on shoppers, says Smith. “Edikted has already proven to be a highly valued addition to our retail landscape.”
