The Mall at Partridge Creek said Wednesday that seven new tenants are coming to the outdoor shopping center in the coming months, including a national retailer and new restaurants.
The new tenants will join a growing roster of more than 80 stores, eateries, and entertainment facilities to the mall on Hall Road (M-59) and Garfield Road in central Macomb County.
“The Mall at Partridge Creek continues to expand the shopping and dining experiences available to our visitors,” Carmen Spinoso, CEO of Spinoso Real Estate Group, which leases and manages the mall, said in a news release.
Among the stores expected to open in the next few months of 2025 or have already opened include:
- Zumiez, an international retailer of athletic apparel, footwear, equipment, and accessories, will open in a 2,581-square-foot space across from LOFT in late spring. It will cater to shoppers interested in popular action sports, such as skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, BMX and motocross
- Bold Label is now open offering premium fragrances and trend-setting fashion in an 800-square-foot space off Center Court
- Klaysh Floret has already opened the doors to its 1,499-square-foot space next to Express. The locally-owned florist offers luxury, hand-crafted floral arrangements.
- Kiki Kafé, billed as a new local concept, will offer a variety of drinks and brunch options when it opens in the spring. The restaurant will be south of HopCat across from CROCS in a 2,247-square-foot space.
- Masala Grill is coming to Partridge Creek from the now-closed Lakeside Mall down the street in Sterling Heights. Masala will serve Halal Mediterranean, American, Indian and Pakistani fare in a 1,184-square-foot space across from Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. It is scheduled to open this spring
- Mr. Miguel’s Mexican Grill & Cantina will open its fifth location in Metro Detroit. Mr. Miguel’s is scheduled to open in a 5,544-square-foot space on the west side of the mall in late spring
- B-12 Store recently opened in a 1,373-square-foot space at the east end of the mall near Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant. The store offers preventive care for people of all ages and offers advice to help customers navigate the complexities of healthy living.
Mall officials said the tenants join recent additions to the shopping center that include Andiamo Pasta & Chops, Kids Empire and HopCat. A Powerhouse Gym is also expected to open at Partridge Creek in late summer or early fall 2025.
“Partridge Creek offers an in-demand space where both innovative local entrepreneurs and established national brands can connect with customers,” Spinoso said.
